Loco Collaborators Wanted
The Loco Asylum is looking for some new inmates to really help drive the brand forward both in the UK and Internationally. Alongside our growing team of brand ambassadors and team riders firing ‘the stoke’ on beaches across Europe, we’re looking for a variety of people with a host of skills.
Just to be totally transparent these roles are unpaid so may best suit students or recent graduates looking for that all important experience. Great work will be rewarded with a glowing reference and moreover how often do you get to work on a sexy water sports brand? We are also prepared to extend our brand ambassador discounts to anyone actively involved with Loco so if even you’re an experienced professional looking for a cheap SUP, surfboard, kite board, windsurfer or any of our accessories this may also interest you.

Media types – we’re looking for photographers, film makers and video editors to work on a variety of assignments. It would make most sense if you’re already in the North East as we’re based in Tynemouth but any trust fund types looking for an exotic winter road trip may also want to get in touch.
Models – we’re looking for hot, athletic & body confident male and female models to take part in photo shoots and videos.
Musicians/Bands – we’re interested in unsigned musicians or bands. If your music would lend itself to an action sports or lifestyle type youtube video hit us up with a link!
Graphic designers – we’re looking for several designers ideally with fluent Chinese/Mandarin.
We’re looking to really push the design envelope across all our boards so we can position ourselves as a premium brand within the market.
Experience of product design, sport marketing and 3D modelling is highly advantageous.
SEO – we’re looking for someone well versed in maximising web traffic, doing outreach and creating great evergreen content.
E-commerce Specialists – We’re looking at a couple of online shop ideas which we’d like someone to get involved with.
Digital Marketing – we’re looking for a savvy skilled person(s) to run our social media campaign(s) driving people to our website positively impacting on sales.
Fashion Designers – we’re looking to introduce an extended line of Loco merchandise alongside a couple of other diffusion lines so we’re looking for up and coming fashion designers interested in working on beach / urban / tech clothing. Knowledge of materials and previous experience is highly advantageous.
We’re looking for people to work in a variety of areas from hull design to fins. We’re also interested in looking at pioneering new building techniques and exploring CNC machine options.
